PKU Family Camp in Oregon (June 3-5, 2005)

Mark your calendars for June 3-5, 2005. It's time for the 2nd Annual PKU Family Camp!  Families and friends anywhere in the US or Canada who deal with protein-restricted diets are invited to come together for a fun and relaxing weekend at Wildhorse Canyon in Antelope, Oregon.

Wildhorse Canyon offers an incredible variety of activities for everyone, including rock climbing walls, a skateboard/rollerblading park, a huge swimming pool, basketball & volleyball courts, zip lines, horseback riding, and  hiking. There will be a calendar of activities, food demos and workshops (including ones with Malathy Ramanujam from Taste Connection, Dianne Sullivan from Cambrooke Foods & Sandra Maltzman from Applied Nutrition), samples and info from other Low Protein food companies, plus plenty of networking and free time--more fun than you can imagine!  Activities & workshops are planned for the kids during all of the adult workshops.

The cost for the weekend is $65/person, which includes all meals (low pro too), housing, and activities.  Last year over 100 people assembled for what promises to be a wonderful annual event.  To see photos from last yearıs camp you can visit Ali Dietrichıs website:  www20.brinkster.com/thepkuplace/.
