Make a Donation to National PKU News

National PKU News is a non-profit organization, started in 1989 by nutritionist, Virginia Schuett. Located in Seattle, Washington, the organization has provided news and information to families and professionals involved in PKU treatment via a 16-page newsletter, various books and materials, and e-mail responses to thousands of PKU treatment inquiries each year. Newsletter subscription fees and sales from books provide less than 50% of the financial needs of the organization so National PKU News continues to thrive only because of generous donations from the PKU community.

Employer Matching Donations

Many companies, both large and small, may match donations made to National PKU News by employees, spouses, and retirees of the company. Often, you can double the value of your contribution by going through the company’s charitable donations program. To find out if your employer has a donation matching program, check with your human resources or public relations department. If your company has a matching program, please mail the form to National PKU News and we will process it for you. The tax ID number is 94-3098601.
