(Note: For the screen version of the food list, you must order directly from the Lulu.com website. There are no discounts, and no way to order the screen version except with a credit card. Also, there are no free screen versions of the food list for needy families.)

Note for institutions:
A credit card is required for purchase of the food list (EXCEPT for bulk orders where a check in advance is required. See details below for ordering in bulk). For PKU treatment programs associated with institutions, you will need to find a way to obtain a credit card. If you cannot pay for the book via a clinic credit card or personal credit card, please contact me at schuett@pkunews.org and I will try to work out a payment method (for the printed version only).

Bulk order discount:
If you purchase a minimum of 20 of the printed books, you are eligible for a $10 per book discount (making the cost $50 per book instead of $60). You must purchase a minimum of 20 books in order to get this special discount and you must pay via check in advance of my making your order. Sorry, I do not accept purchase orders, and cannot process credit card orders. This is a check-in-advance deal only! Please contact me at schuett@pkunews.org to request this option. When you write, be sure to send me your complete address with zip code. This will allow me to compute the shipping charge. I will send you a total cost for your order and you can then proceed to have a check made out to National PKU News and sent to me at: 6869 Woodlawn Ave. NE #116, Seattle, WA 98115. Expect that it will take several weeks for your books to arrive once I have placed your order.

Note for families/adults with PKU:
If you cannot afford the food list, please contact National PKU News (schuett@pkunews.org). Describe your financial circumstances and provide your complete address with zip code. You may qualify for a free or discounted printed version of the food list, provided through the generosity of The National PKU Alliance.
